To start off the sewer connection process you will need an Engineer. Each town has a list of approved engineers that meet the requirements to work within the town lines, you can find this list in the Town Hall or on the Town webpage. These engineers are private firms and are not a town-funded department so you will need to call them and give them some basic information. The engineers will obtain all the required property records to accurately design a Sewer Plan.

After the engineers have finished the design it is time to send them to Norgeot Inc. We will look through every detail and breakdown the amount of time, materials, and overall difficulty of the project to ensure an accurate price can be determined.

We take the time to come out and view every single jobsite! No two properties are the same and need to be handled individually. Walking through the steps of installation with you helps to iron out any specific instructions you may have

Norgeot Inc is here to help when it comes to the arduous task of permitting. We have all of the required files and forms for each specific town department. We take care of all the Permitting, Digsafe, Fees, Inspections, and coordinating with engineers to help this project move along smoothly.

After the permit has been completed, we can set up a date to start the installation. A typical sewer connection will not interfere with your existing septic system function for more than 1 workday. No homeowners will be without bathroom facilities overnight. This makes scheduling your connection much easier because it is of no inconvenience to you.

Sewer Connections can be performed during any season, even winter! Are you a seasonal resident here on the Cape? The entire project takes place outside of the home, so no access in the house is needed to complete the project. We can take care of everything while you are away!
